OK, so there have been a couple of PNY dealer button group buys over the years. However I believe the last big one was back in '08, and given the number of new PNY owners and relative scarcity of those older buttons, I figured I'd test the waters to see if there was any interest for a new group buy. I started building my PNY set a couple of years after the last group buy, and after having trouble finding a button, I had 3 custom buttons made utilizing ABC's old 3" coasters (no longer available). Back then, you were able to order them in sets of 4, each with a different design. So I designed a NYC bridge themed button set with images of the Brooklyn, Manhattan and George Washington bridges:

These turned out awesome and have served my game very well over the years, however they're a bit clunky and heavy (it's kind of a running joke to watch your fingers when the button is passed, especially when we're down to 2 or 3 players during a tourney and the button is flying around more frequently). I picked up a few of the new Boardwalk buttons (Old West 60mm) and my group really liked them (they're ~3/4" smaller but a lot lighter). After digging around I found and updated the old artwork files. The original ABC buttons had a black ring around the edge by default, so the original design were black buttons with black & white images. I still think it makes for a sharp design, especially given the overall design feel of the PNY set. I also mocked up the set with white borders. Below are the mock-ups in black & white:

In addition to the bridge buttons above, I'd be open to adding an additional button with a new image (i.e. same general design as above but with a different picture). My thoughts were now that it's complete, One World Trade Center would be a nice one, almost like a commemorative button for the towers pictured in the $500 chips.

Prices should be similar to all the other recent Old West 60mm group buys - buttons start at $4 each and may be discounted a bit depending on the final numbers we get. Additional costs will just be shipping/reshipping, no artwork fees. If this grows some legs I'll sort out the shipping costs prior to starting the order thread.

If you're interested in getting a button please post below, let me know which ones you'd be interested in and how many. Just an interest post at this point. Need 5 of each button to print a particular design. One possible option I was considering for the bridge buttons was to use different bridges on each side, so instead of 3 different buttons there's be 2 buttons with a different bridge on each side (would just have to pick another bridge to add). The running edge design is to be determined, probably either blank or "Dealer" in the same font as the face of the button. Feedback is welcome on the black/white option, picture for the new button, same/different pictures on each side, just note that the overall design of the button (style/layout/font) is set.

In for a few. Was hoping someone would do this.

Need one for Crystal Palace too!

Oh, and Four Suits..

If there's a commemorative with the new trade Center I'd buy 1 or 2 of those. I have 4 of the original white buttons so not interested in the other ones

Nice! I'm in. My boy has a PNY set and I'm sure he'd want one of these I can hook him up with.

OP updated with the white versions of the Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade.

It looks like this should have the legs to get rolling, I'll give it another few days to garner further interest and then post a few option polls to see where we stand.

I am in. Put me down for 2 of each. Maybe add Verrazano bridge, if you decide to do two bridges on each button?

Was leaning more towards either the Williamsburg or queensboro bridges, keeping with the Manhattan tie in (though the Verrazano is one of my favorites). Also considering the Bow bridge in Central Park.

I'm a little interested. I'll follow the thread for the final designs.
