The chips are with original stickers from casino.

Nope, sorry i think these are standard Bourgogne et Grasset roulette chips and the center is not recessed, that is why the chips have been labeled in such a way - covering the whole front.. however, if you take off the label the chips are beautufully designed, there is the name of the casino and the country on them. In the middle there is a letter.

9 gr, probably more because of stickers. Normally roulette chips weigh 8-9 grams. can be more if the chips have inlays.
