An eBay auction recently went up for 20 of the Paulson Pharaoh's Club & Casino NCV green chips on the 4-Pips (AKA "Suits") mold. This is one of the exact chips that I've been looking for to complete my sample set of these stupid things, but of course I only need one darn chip... not 20 of them LOL. I know there is still quite a bit of demand out there for these original Paulson Pharaoh's chips. And I'm pretty sure that this particular 4-Pips mold is the most rare - and therefore perhaps one of the most coveted - of the Pharaoh's chips line. So I was wondering if anyone was interested in "splitting" this set with me where I'll keep 1 chip and you keep the other 19.

The seller has the 20 chips listed at $150.00 OBO, but I just received a notification from eBay offering them to me for $140.00... so obviously the seller is willing to negotiate on price at least a little bit. But that $10.00 discount on the set would bring them down to $7.00 per chip right off the bat. And I would maybe be willing to shell out as much as $20.00-$30.00 for just my one single solitary chip, as totally crazy as that may seem. That would mean you could have the other 19 chips for as little as $110.00, which breaks down to about $5.79 per chip. I think that may be just about as cheap as you could hope to find these chips nowadays. Hell, if a few of you guys each need some of these chips then we could always even split the set multiple ways. It really doesn't matter to me... just as long as I get to keep my 1 chip I'm a happy guy. LOL!

I am willing to buy the entire set myself and reship any chips if necessary. And yeah I know that I could buy them and then just put what I don't need up for sale in the Classifieds section. But I don't really feel like bumping a for sale thread constantly for however many months (or years) it might take to sell the darn things. So I just don't want to shell out the entire $140.00 for 20 chips if no one else has any interest in the others. But if there's any interest in splitting them right off the bat then that's a whole different story. Thoughts anyone?

If i buy them can I sell you 1 for $30?

Are you including "reshipping" the one chip over to me in that $30.00? If not then how much would you charge for shipping on top of the $30.00? Sorry to be a pain, but $30.00 for a single non-vintage chip is already borderline crazy so I just want to make sure that my financial outlay doesn't end up totaling $40 or $50 when all is said and done. But if it was $30.00 "all in" (i.e. including shipping) then yes I would be a buyer. I hope that makes sense.

If you choose to go this route I would also strongly suggest making the eBay seller an "Or Best Offer" of $140.00 since we have every reason to believe that he will accept it. He might even accept less than $140 for all I know... I just know the "deal" in the email that eBay sent me was for $140.00. Let me know how it goes or if you have any other questions!

Yes, that is auto generated if a seller sets it up and is offered after viewing.

I've overpaid plenty for a chip that was evading me for years.

I actually think you should make an offer of $120. If the one you keep is valued at $30 then the remaining chips are worth $90 or $4.17ea. Seems like you should be able to sell them off fairly easy.

If you're patient you will find an entire sample set here under $50 shipped

You could be absolutely right. But I've had a wanted ad up in the Classifieds section since 09/19/2024, plus I've had eBay alerts turned on since mid-June, and yet I'm still missing 2 final chips from completing a full sample set. Normally I'm a fairly patient guy, but it's getting to the point where I'd be willing to shell out a few bucks to just complete the darn set and be done with it. LOL
