SPECIAL:
$68 for 2 entries

No maximum number of entries per PCF member.
Each entry will receive a block of 20 numbers.
Since this is a New York set, we will be using the New York NUMBERS (Pick 3) lottery.
I will use the New York NUMBERS (Pick 3) evening drawing two days after all entries are paid.
Actual drawing date will be announced after all entries are paid.
ConUS shipping via USPS Medium Flat Rate Box is included.
International entrants are responsible for actual shipping costs less $13 (I will cover the first $13 of shipping).
The Raffle winner accepts all responsibility for shipment after I send it (I have never had a shipping issue, but if shipping issues arise, I will attempt to assist if possible).
Insurance is optional (though Recommended) and at the winner’s cost.
Please post in the thread to reserve your raffle entry or entries.
I will send payment instructions after 40 tickets are reserved.
Payment will be sent via PayPal Friends and Family.
You will need to put your PCF username in the notes section and NOTHING ELSE.
Do not enter PCF, Raffle, Chips or anything else in the notes section - just your PCF username.
I reserve the right to cancel this raffle at any time before all 50 payments are made.
The set may be purchased outright for $1675 shipped in ConUS before 45 tickets are reserved.
You may choose your block of 20 numbers (1st come 1st serve) or you can request “random” or “any will do” (random/any means I will be selecting a block of 20 numbers for you).
