What edges do you round over?

Didn't bother on mine as it's just a 3/4 board. Couldn't hurt anything to run the router over it, thought.

Ended up going with inner/outer 1/4” roundover...
Should feel great once I cover it
 
The correct answer is what you did by doing both inner and outer. I would also do the lower part where a leg could hit. On my table this was the lower outer edge of the playing surface.

I will be gluing up some veneers I made with scraps to coverup the lower parts of the table, I was thinking maybe I can round the bottom over a quarter inch as well when I’m done....

If your talking veneer to mean like the iron on stuff, I don't know if you can hit it with a router without it chipping. Mine I just sanded and then painted black to match my legs. I then used deco nails around the edge.
