They are clones. You are correct about the word casino. Chips from the original set that were supposed to go into play will also say RD or US under the denomination which refers to the currency the chip represents.

I am not sure. I did not have these made so am unsure about the exact color. Looks like light green with canary edge spot to me, but you may have to ask someone more versed
