Yes...but don't think he sold roulette felts (not in the BF sale at least)

So I think @T_Chan would be the way for a custom Jack roulette felt (seen your boatload of Jacks roulettes )

This is not a bad deal, *IF* the wheel is still well-balanced. However, depending on age, use, storage conditions, etc., you'll take your chances. Unless you or someone you know is engineeringly-inclined enough that you can test and rebalance the wheel yourself.

I got mine ex-casino for a little bit more than this, and I consider it a bargain. 32" Huxley, still well-balanced as I've amateurly tested it with high hundreds to low thousands of spins, looks very random.
