My work pants have a very specific "phone" pocket. Small and tight, it sits high up on the thigh. I'm a high-angle rescue specialist, which often means rappelling upside-down off multi-story buildings. The rescue harness pinches the phone pocket closed, while putting significant strain on the back pocket area. I've had a flip phone survive a 5 story fall onto concrete (barely) but today's all-glass mini-computers are not as likely.

I'm also looking at some of his other auctions, on Tommy's faith that the seller is reputable - and that's good enough for me.

I've only bought from the seller in the FP link. Another seller has the phone on sale in the link I posted yesterday. Their feedback is over 99% with close to 10K transactions so its probably safe to deal with them too. My Note 3 is working fine else I'd be on this deal in a heart beat.
