I thought this chip looked interesting, but strange, look in Chip Rack 12th, only saw a Lavender base with mustard inserts. Maybe this is that one, or is this a fake. I know Chip Rack don't have everything. looks like it's been sanded ??

Years from now, new chippers will be analyzing the ancient labeled over custom chips CT and PCF members made to match their casino sets wondering the same thing. Is it real? Is it rare? It looks real...

That chip is a total fake. You can see the inlay was made on a cheap paper label. Also, all the "pin wheel" issue chips were made on the Sands house mold. I think it is either a Calif Bell like Shaggy said or maybe a gardena horseshoe. Here's what a real one looks like.

True.. a lot of chips had that same base and insert colors. I'd still vote for the Bell chips as all those chips seem to be worn down.
