Anyone have feedback on how much shipping would cost to Canada? Also, what size box(s) for this many chips? 2 medium flat rate?

I just got 500 chips to Ontario in a (I believe) slightly overstuffed, medium flat rate box through USPS and it was $48...FedEx and UPS were ridiculous, btw!
