What do vests have to do with building poker tables? Nothing. Am I a degen like the rest of PCF? Absolutely.
Why do I have so many vests? There was a local auction for a larger tuxedo company. I decided to buy a few tuxes for myself, flip the rest for some spending money on the side. Treat the wife to some nice dinners out, buy myself a nice fancy card guard, get a full back tattoo, the usual stuff. To get the one I wanted, I bought an entire lot of 175 jackets and pants. I'm keeping a few and selling the rest.
I was mainly participating in the auction to buy some work dollies for the shop, and vests for my rental business. The dress code for our dealers is a collared shirt, any color and dark pants. I thought it would be great to be able to supply each dealer with matching vests, and these were pretty cheap so why not. The lots of vests came was on the block, I bid on one lot of 40 vests of the color I wanted and won it. I went to bid on another lot of 40, suddenly I saw that I was bidding on all the vests, all 58 lots. I quickly tried to change to 1 lot only, which I thought I did, then I won the bid and suddenly all of the lots were gone. I checked my won items and saw 60 items listed.... oh dear.
So how many did I buy? Roughly 3,000.
Suffice it to say, I don't need that many. I have them stored in my other warehouse and having some open house sales, but would love to clear out as many as possible. I figure, of course the good people of PCF would need vests. So come one, come all and buy some vests.
If a vest isn't fancy enough, buy a tuxedo too! $30 for a jacket, $30 for pants (33-35 adjustable waist, short, regular or long, it's the only waist size available)
Sizes: Though I currently do not know which colors have which sizes. The smaller quantity lots have fewer of the very small and very large colors. They all have an adjustable strap in the back to tighten or loosen the vest.
