Seeking recomendations for a table topper for a 60" dining table (1 Viewer)

We have a 60x35 dining room table. I think a 72" topper with rails would be nice, but they're hard to come by, and I'd like speed cloth if possible. Are there any options out there?

Quite an artwork, but how the hell do you keep tracks of cards, chips, and buttons on it?

Mostly dealing blackjack on it (hence the shoe in the picture), but it's not hard. Sometimes I used novelty gold-foil plastic cards, and you definitely can't lose track of those.
