Shipping chips: USPS flat-rate question (1 Viewer)

Went to post office today, others had gobbled up all the large & med flat rate boxes.

I have packaged everything I'm shipping into NINE small boxes.

Tomorrow i will pickup med or large boxes. How many small will fit inside each?

Dunno about a large but six would fit in a medium. I often pad the top and bottom of MFR boxes with the smalls (built)

Six is the max I feel comfortable shipping in a medium box. I don't like shipping in large boxes.

those smalls are great to use, then place into the others....free is good!

I was able to fit 6 small inside one medium by having them standing up sideways along the length of the box, just fit flush to the edges. They bump the top a bit from closing as tightly as it could normally, but I taped the crap out of it to ensure it holds.
