So, I've now got a small space for my office/poker room. The room overall is 11x12. My 63"x30" desk and chip cabinet/display are on 1 wall, so I dont have a ton of space left. Thinking of going with the Gorilla gaming pub table or round table. 6-8 players typically. What would you recommend? Anyone shed some light on experience with either option? Is there a better option out there I'm not thinking about?

Of their felt options any thoughts. I know chanman is the best, but not ready to drop that much for the felt on this one just yet.

Also, are the upgraded vinyl options worth the price?

Unsure on the vinyl, but I’d wager no if you want standard black.

As for the felt - I hear the cards don’t glide great on theirs, but on a pub that really doesn’t matter. With the proportions and size of the table the pitching of cards is much easier than a standard size and shape. They have some nice looking stock designs too. I’d choose one of those with a betting line over speedcloth myself

How will the sound be. My space is more snug but not that snug. I play 10 handed. When I have had more (two tables) the reverb is bad. Think about DIY’ing some sound dampening art.

I dont think we will ever have 10 in this space, but i can see how it could easily become an issue. Maybe good, maybe bad, but the room in question has carpet, which will help that some.
