Very tempted to buy one of these clothes to make into a custom table.

They do velcro attachment to the table too. Seems like a good idea if you are worried about getting staples right.

Bastards, all of you. I wish I had the skills to make my own table. You all would be fighting for scraps

Well I missed out on the gray Planet Hollywood layout, so I settled for the Thunder Valley WPT layout. The cloth is awesome overall, but has some slight "tiger striping" on one side, but I knew that when bidding (picture actually seems to make it look worse if that's possible). I still think it's worth the $24 I got it for. And I think once done and chips are flying, it won't get noticed as much. I'm in the very beginning process now of building my own table and I owe it to this cloth for finally giving me the kick in the ass I needed to get going on building a table of my own (to my specs.). BTW yesterday JoAnn's had 50% sale on vinyl so pretty excited about that too. :D

been very tempted to replace my SSC for one of these, can anyone comment on how difficult this is to pull off?

Does anyone know if there is a way to successfully "stick" one of these to one of the neoprene "CT" style table covers?

3M Hi-Strength 90 spray adhesive. Spray both the topper and the gaming cloth, and let it dry for a long long, time.

I would be afraid that you'd mess up the whole thing. Just my 2c
The key is to have a large flat surface, and place the gaming cloth down first - upside down. Mark your boundaries on the back side of the cloth, spray (let it get tacky), then place the topper (also upside down) onto the cloth. Rough-cut the cloth 2"-3" beyond the topper dimensions, then flip everything over upright. Peel back the ends one at a time, and lightly spray the topper surface, and smooth the cloth back down (from the center outwards. Let dry for at least a couple of days, then trim the cloth to the topper edge.

Make sure you thoroughly clean the topper (and let it thoroughly dry) before starting.

I like to lay the felt in place on the table, get it perfectly centred, then fold it in half from one end to the other. Spray the exposed half of the table top and bottom side of the felt with adhesive, let it tack up, and then slowly roll the folded part of felt back onto the table, making sure there are no wrinkles. I find that doing it this way makes it easier to keep the felt centred properly.
