I saw this chip at the CCA convention in Las Vegas this past weekend:

Who the heck would have done that -- Paulson? (and if so, why?), a chip collector/reseller?

If I ever find out that it was some chip collector, under their own will and action, and not legally required by the State or Gaming Commission, that notched many of the Mapes $1s or some other notched chips I've seen, I will be outraged. I might even cry.
