Hey folks. Looking for input on an STT structure for a low stakes home game among friends, up to 8 players. I have a cash set that I'd like to use (I understand concerns about game security but I consider that outside the scope of this thread) and would like feedback on how best to set this up.

Requirements:
- 8 players
- Target time of approx. 4 hours, give or take a few minutes
- Unlimited rebuys through some set time period. Prefer addons as well, as it's what I'm used to online, short stacks can feel like they're back in the game and it juices the prize pool
- Would pay top 3 50/30/20
- Avg 1 rebuy per player, everyone adds on if given the opportunity
- Chipset breakdown:
100 x 1
300 x 5
150 x 25
50 x 100

First pass is below, open to any and all feedback. I'm wondering how best to do rebuys/addons, how an addon affects starting stack size, and if there's any room to do a T5 with this breakdown.

T1 base, 200 starting stack (10/13/5, blacks used later for addons only if needed), 20-min levels, $20 buyin
1-2
2-3
3-4
3-6
4-8
5-10
- color up 1s, end of rebuys, optional $10 addon for 200 (avg stack at this point should be 60 BBs)
10-10 (10)
10-20 (20)
15-30 (30)
20-40 (40)
25-50 (50)
30-60 (60)
40-80 (80) (should be over by here?)
50-100 (100)
75-125 (125)
75-150 (150)

There are not enough 100s to run a T5 tournament with rebuys.

You need a shorter stack if you want more early rebuys (which you have at 100BB).

Your structure is also not perfectly smooth, with increases from 20-67%. The structure below will run about 4 hours with 15 minute levels, and increases are all 25-50%.

You can allow rebuys longer if you want to add to the length/prize pool (average stack is 10BB at level 8), but be prepared to run a level longer if you allow rebuys longer as well. Allowing a full-size add-on instead of a half-size is also reasonable and will boost the prize pool.

Base T1, T400 Stack (10/8/6/2)
Rebuy/Add-On Stack (0/0/8/2)
15 Minute Levels
2/4
3/6
4/8
6/12
8/16
Break - CU T1 - End Rebuys - Optional Add-On
10/20
15/30
20/40
30/60
40/80
Break - Color Up T5
50/100
75/150
100/200
150/300
200/400 (Estimated EOT with 8,000 chips)
300/600
400/800
