So I attend a university in which I plan on starting a poker club, but I cannot really figure out what to do about chips.
I'd like to have the university logo on the chip, but if not, just the acronym of the university itself(along with denominations).
In the hosting of events for the club it would most likely only include tournaments, unless I figure out some way to create a faux cash game of sorts, because we cannot play for actual money.
The idea is to have a points system and at a certain point in time people will get rewarded based on that system.
The budget will be pretty small, so I was thinking with going with something like cheapo super diamond chips and perhaps getting them hot stamped(if that is even possible).
I am also open to ideas on what to use that would not be absolute rubbish, like the $0.01 3 gram chips that you'd get at Walmart
, but with the money that I would receive to use on the club I would not be able to purchase anything from CPC.
