Hi all!

I'm looking into the Sun-Fly Asconas (https://www.apollonchips.com/product-page/the-ascona). The frosted look of the label and the edge design look super nice imo, so I am really tempted to get them. Looking at older threads, it seems that their price has increased—they are now 89c a chip. OTOH, it seems that shipping is free ("SUN-FLY offers FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY for all effective orders that meet our MOQ requirements.").

Does anyone have experience handling/owning these chips? Anything to be wary of?

Sun-Fly hybrids are high quality, but the label laminate has a glossy finish, as does the chip's rolling edge. Some like it, some don't.

For about half the price, you can get custom or semi-custom 39mm hybrids (from PCF vendor Broken Arrow) on a debossed mold (Greek key or Web/diamond design) with satin-finish labels and matte-finish edges.

Personnally I like the SunFly hybrids a lot, but I prefer their oversized version.

This 39mm with 25.4mm labels is still a solid choice.
If you like the design of the Ascona, you can't go wrong with these chips.

@Fran has also a lot of SF (hybrids) chips and I'm sure he'll also recommend these chips.

Yes I have polyinno 39mm, 43mm and also polyclay 39mm sets and I like a lot to play with these quality chips.
Polyclay and Polyinno oversized are the ones I prefer to use cause they stack really well.
