Likely a Las Vegas Casino gift shop. These are plastic no cash value chips with stick on labels.

Most likely not from a casino at all. Cheap mass-produced plastic chips from China.

Real casino chips are almost always identified by either property name or by location (or both), and is usually required by local gaming regulations.
