I want the 1's and 25's but wouldn't want the quarters or 5's. He's local to me and I asked if I could see them in person. He said he isn't available to show them in person but can send more pictures. Why wouldn't you want to so a sale in person and skip the fees and shipping?

Safety. Some people are very skeptical of dealing with strangers in person, especially inviting them into their home to personally view high-price items. Lots of craigslist robbery stories out there.

Yeah if the .25's and 5's were 2.50/chip then the 1's and 25's would come out at 1.44. I honestly would probably only need like 40 of the 25's so I'd probably sell the remaining 60x 25's, 100x 5's, and 100x .25's.

If people are down with that pricing and 100% commit to the .25's and 5's I don't mind heading up the group buy to get them all and then re-ship the .25's and 5's.
