Up for grabs is a 600 pc set of The Grove CICs by Bud Jones. I have a fairly large set of chips from this set that I'm keeping, but I have more than I need. This cardroom is very close to my heart, as I put in thousands of hours on those tables, hit my first Royal Flush there, hit a bad beat jackpot there, played my first hand of Omaha there, and many more. If you're interested in hearing some of the background/history about this place, you can read my thread here (History of The Grove).

Set includes:
200 Orange NCV $5s
300 Blue NCV $1s
100 White 50c Fracs (non CIC).

Price is $800 + shipping

Chips are in casino used condition, which for Bud Jones chips means they're in pretty decent shape overall. The 50c fracs haven't been cleaned, and could definitley benefit from a cleaning.

Good luck! And thanks for looking.

That's a nice little set right there, @RainmanTrail. What are the possibilities that someone could put together/find/buy a barrel of $20's or $25's to replace a barrel of $5's?

I do have some of the $25s. I'll have to check out exactly how many I have, but I think a barrel is probably doable. Although I had to pay a bit more for the $25s though.

Even though you have more than you need, it's hard to part with extras from places that have special meaning to you, isn't it?

Sigh...

Ya, it definitely can be. I figured since I have 2600+ of these though, that I would be OK with keeping it at 2000. That's a number I'm comfortable with :) Plus, then I don't have to mess with mixing 1000 and 600 count birdcages! haha
