I'm surprised for a casino being open almost 9-10 years the primary chips are in spectacular shape. Excited to see everyone else's pictures when they arrive!

That inlay is so terrible, but that secondary $1k is absolute fire. Such a bummer that there are only 240x of them. :(
$1ks are okay in person. There are better ones. I'd say they are slightly above average. I actually think the secondary 1ks are slightly better. Inlay is not the best, but it grows on you.

S100 > P5 > S500 > S2.50 > S5k > S25 > P1 > the rest

Interesting, you planning to mix the $1s?

Didnt the $5 GO showed the casino open in Jan 2020 and with the vast period of 2020 to 2021 closed due to covid

That will explain why the primary chips are in such good condition since they are only in play for few months

Okay now I totally screwed this up.... Went with ChipGuide saying that the casino opened in 2013. I see that the GO chip says 2020. Table games in 2020, my bad I don't know how to read or look. Thank you guys!

Primaries were only on the tables for 2 years, so they should be in great shape. And one of those years they were shut down for a few months due to Covid

So we've made some good progress. My worker got some of her friends to help and they have been busting it out. I'll know for sure tomorrow when the sale will be. I know we will not be getting to the 2 1/2 mixed barrels of primary chips before the sale. Those were the chips on the tables. They definitely show a little more dirt and wear than the others. I spoke with my contact at the casino and he said the chips in the non mixed barrels were the chips in reserve. Most of those chips had been rotated out once and the others were new.

We will have an additional sale with the mixed barrel chips in the future. All of the the secondary chips will only be offered in the initial sale.

So 6 1/2 barrels sold out in record time. What's the over/under on the last 2 1/2 barrels?

Most likely it is 240 at the start of the 29 May 2pm after all the samples and Golden ticket were done

Or are 2,400 and not 240
Possibly. I guess we’ll find out soon once the stuff hits the open market!

The chips are now Horseshoe.

The picture on there still has Grand sign up front lol. By the pictures the $25 looks interesting, $5 nice, and I don't even know what's going on with lighting for the $100 chip. $500 looks like it has potential. Hard to tell by pictures. Glad they let the Grand chips go and made new ones.

meh, should have stuck with the Grand Casino artist.

Even if they using the same artist, they will have to use vastly different edge spot from the previously Primary and secondary for security reason

And just saying they taken up most of the good options the 1st time round plus I heard Bear claw are discontinued from Paulson from the last NAGA

So 6 1/2 barrels sold out in record time
There is a pic of 9 barrels. We are told 2 and 1/2 barrels are filled with mixed chips from the tables. We can assume that 3 barrels were used to hold those 2 1/2 barrels worth. That leaves 6 barrels. No other information has been given as to how full the remaining 6 barrels are. At this stage, all we can say is that UP TO 6 barrels of chips sold out in record time. ;)

I'm sure we will find out eventually how many chips were sold in record time once the totals are released.

Are counts available for more of these?
Jim usually releases total numbers for all chips once he has sold everything. With a second sale of the remaining primaries coming, might have to wait a while for that info to make it‘s way out. At least from Jim.

Jim used to release the number after his investor is cleared , but Jim haven release the number for the last 2 Sales (Majestic Star & Jack Cincinnati) even though both are already sold out in Jim inventory

Or at least I haven seem nor aware of the release (in case I missed it)
