Hello,

As some of you knows, my favourite chips since the start of my chipping journey in 2014 has been The Post, a small card room in San José that opened for less than a year.

I use some of these chips in my 6-max cash set, combining my 2 favourite cash sets : The Post & Silver Star.

I've also created a tribute Cash Set at SunFly few years ago.

But now, seeing the announcement from CPC, I'm sure I'll regret if I let the opportunity to create a CPC tribute set go.
For the mold, I really would like the Horse Head. After the DieCard (which I used on my tournament set) they are my 2 favourite.
Now, why I create this post, the colors where I hesitate between 2 choices :

Choice A : Canary + Black / Black + Dayglo Pink / Light Green + Dayglo Yellow

Choice B : Yellow + Back / Black + Pink / Light Green + Canary

I have my preference which I prefer to not disclose right now to alter your opinions but I wanted to hear from you, especially the ones who have / had these chips.
Oh, and for the stamp, I'll use the Die (with the bull) I already have at CPC (see my tournament set).

If you wanna be closer to the original Posts, definitely 1st row for the 3 chips.
Other than that I prefer the second version of the 25 chip, but it’s a close call.

My dayglo yellow base on my jessie beck cpc chips came in a lot lighter than the sample IMO. I think yellow for the $1. They are c&j chips, so mainly basic colors. I sold all my Post, a little sad but couldn't bring myself to put them in play and watch the stamps disappear. And the sound of the c&j chips is more click than clack.

Hey Julien, not sure, you can stay as true to the original, which is great, or you can spice it up, with a brighter yellow or other brighter or darker colors if you feel it's how they should have made them :) Cause you know better and have a greater love for these chips than the original makers , right :) all my best frank

Thanks Frank, always nice to read you and hope you're doing well.
I really think of replicating the originals but as said above, C&J colors are really different than CPC ones.
Even if they are old, they are still quite bright. This is why I don't mind using Dayglo colors for the spots on this set.

Choice A no question for me. I think it’s closer to the original. The pink on the black $5 is quite bright on those post chips. I still remember painstakingly hand cleaning tons of those things.

Hope all is well Julien.
