My understanding is that Tiger Palace isn’t a real casino, so how is it that there are new Paulson chips made if Paulson doesn’t sell to consumers?

When I was looking at the chip database, Tiger Palace was listed as a fantasy set and it were manufactured pretty recently. I’m just a little confused on how these are being made and sold.

Long story short: a member was able to get an order past the gatekeepers at Angel/GPI/Paulson. It happens from time to time and we call it a NAGB. Examples include the Chicken Coops, Royal Princess Casino, Pacific, Empress, and Aurora Stars, Harlequins, Truman's House, Sunset Beach, and Big Top Poker among others.
