I'm looking into finally ditching the dice chips and I wanted a midrange set of 4-500 chips for a 7-9 person home game.

It seems like everyone loves the tikis, but if there are other recommendations for ~0.60-0.70 per chip I'm all ears!

I'll echo what a ton of people say, which is always get samples from all sorts of places.

But that being said, I ended up loving the Dia de los Muertos chips from the same manufacturer, and got a 1,000 chip semi-custom cash set. I've had such a positive experience with @BR Pro Poker and this set (and have only had great feedback from players) that I am quite certain I will be going back to them in the future for a completely custom set.

What stake and are you playing Cash or Tourney ?

Breakdown are important too as buying efficiency can reduce unnecessary chip purchase and not eat into your budget

@LeLe I'm looking into getting a cash set for college for a table that plays up to 9 people. Typically stakes are .10-.20, .25-.50, and occasionally something like 1-1 or 1-2.

I want to keep the denoms standard because I do want to keep this set for a long time, so preferably a breakdown of mostly 1$ whites and 5$ reds with some greens and blacks. If you have a good breakdown idea that would be wonderful though!

@andrebttx that sounds amazing! I am very excited for new chips. I normally don't like to spend money on unnecessary things, but new chips feel necessary. We play like 3 times a week and I absolutely despise the dice chips.

@louBdub Thank you for showing me that. Unfortunately, the breakdown is a tad wacky, and I do want whatever set I get to be somewhat standard in colors/denoms for invite home games once I (hopefully) get hired.

First i fell in love with EPTS and ordered my fisrt set from China (MandyChips) , they arrived and now i am about to make payment for my smaller home use set of semi custom tiki kings from BRPpro
