Found To borrow 44x 36mm horseshoe tourney chips (1 Viewer)

Picked up a few chip cases as part of a deal and was going to mass restore and customize them. Only problem is 39mm chips don't fit. They're just a tiny bit too big for the racks. I'm thinking they'd be perfect for 36mm chips.
If someone wants to send me some to test out then I will return them to you along with the nicest case in the bunch.
Each case holds 440 chips. Below the 5 racks is at least .75 inches of space. You can put a lot down there.
The back cleans up perfect with brasso but the front latches don't. A light sanding and some Gold spray paint would make theme look new. Below are some pictures of some good as well as some common damage.
If they fit right I'll make them available for the cost of shipping.

That's odd that they don't fit 39mm chips, look like nice cases.

You might want to try some TR King chips. Those are slightly more narrow.

They're lower end. The chips that came with them were light cheap plastic 4g chips.

It's ok. I have some. I've had these about a year. Ive put every kind of 39mm chip in. Most won't fit at all and some will if you force them but it made me uncomfortable. Didn't the want to damage the chips.

@btbmason I would classify the racks as closer to 38.5mm. They dont quite fit 39mm or you have to really jam them in. To me the 36mm is still pretty loose. I thought it might work but when I compare how the 36mm fit in a 39mm rack its very similiar. Ive attached a couple pictures. Since its free I'll mail back the chips with the case. If you have no use for the case you can toss it. I was more hopeful they would fit better.

Hmph, back to the drawing board. Thanks for trying for us 36mm chip owners! I appreciate the case as well, I'm sure I can find some way to use it (y) :thumbsup:
