Looking for a tourney set with the following breakdown
25x200
100x250
500x150
1000x150
5000x50

Likely looking at CC clay options or something under .50c/chip.

I got in the Majestics and love them. If I hadn't already invested in them I would probably go for the newer Dunes chips.

i'd just spend the extra 3cents a chip or 8cents (for 43mm) and get in on the Boardwalk or Game Of Throne Group Buys, you'd be much more satisfied in the end.

You may not have heard but those group buys have been cancelled for undisclosed reasons and the threads associated with them have been deleted. A big bummer!

I have a set of mint Chipco Royal Yaks Tourney I'm considering selling MAK. 50¢/chip.

Here's the breakdown:

300 x T25
300 x T100
140 x T500
200 x T1K
60 x T5K

Hit me up if you're interested.

I played with the newer dunes last month. The ones in the .40 price range. They were clearly my favorite CC that I have played with

I have the (new)Dunes and the Majestics and the Dunes are miles better (in my opinion) and it's not close.

....mint Chipcos >>>>> any CC.
With a typical 2:1 or 3:1 (or higher) price difference between the two, I'd expect that to be the case -- as it usually represents a significant quality difference in materials and workmanship.

And when china clays start getting pricey (> 50c vs < 35c) and decent ceramics get priced competitively (< 65c or so), the choice is really a no-brainer.
