That was a souvenir chip they would give to guests. Not sure of the value but I do not believe they were veer in play. If you look closely on the opposite side you can see part of the hot stamp. The hot stamp reads " Souvenir TR King and CO, No Cash Value"
Yes it is nice and you are correct it is a TR King. I would take one for sure but I would question it being as rare as the seller is stating. It looked like a piece of the hot stamp just above the top of the clip and just to the right of the "T". I went online to find a picture of it and found one on The chip guide.
I have also seen the green TR King Chips that I read were only used for money clips as well. Those have sold for around $10 or less and one of these sold not long ago for $11.50 plus shipping
