There are 10 of those - they're not paulsons. there is a thread about them somewhere - it may have been a small manufacturer or one of the big boys may have been producing them for the small guy. But they're definitely compressed clay, and they're not hot-stamped - I have no idea what that printing process is.
And yes, one of the Harvey's quarters is gone, so there's one good one left and one that looks faded.
