Are there any Vegas casinos that have some "plastic" chips that could be harvested? Something like a Bud Jones or Matsui, or? Or is everything these days hat and cane? Thanks

Pretty sure I’ve seen plastic chips used on streams at aria which are probably bud Jones. They may be exclusive to the pokergo studios? And I can’t remember if they’re cash or tournament or both either way, they’re probably not harvestable. But if there are some in Vegas, there must be more, right?

Is there a reason why not more casinos offer them? In Canada, I feel like it's mainly the plastic chips... Probably cheaper...

I’ve tried to ask this question in other places. One simple answer is that bud Jones chips are more expensive than Paulsons. Maybe GPI sales reps push Paulsons because they wear out quicker, so they can make more sales in the future. And I think it’s fair to say that clay chips are traditional in American casinos and especially Vegas casinos, but not so much in other parts of the world.

Very interesting, but makes total sense. A lot probably boils down to tradition in American casinos. I respect that :cool
