These are roulette chips from the (now-defunct) Nugget Casino in Sparks, NV.
My step dad bought these somewhere, he was led to believe they are the only set in existence. He's had them for years, unused by him.
I would say they are casino used condition, not sharp, but not bicycle tires either. Most of the hot stamps are intact, some have more luster than others. They are a little dirty, but should clean up quite nice. See pictures for hot stamp and edge condition.
This would make a great roulette set (obviously), or could be used as a mill-relabel project. These do not have a recess enough to take a label without milling. Not too horrible a breakdown for a tourney set if you wanted to use the colors in order below as 25/100/500/1000/5000/25000 either.

286 x Lavender
296 x Pink
246 x Brown
42 x Red
Total 1230 chips.
