Not Mine Vintage Mid Century Mod Poker Set Teak Box Clay Chips Presentation Set (1 Viewer)

Lots of these sets were gifts, purchased by a non-poker player.

This set has been around for weeks, unsold. Glad to hear someone is going to give these chips a good home.

Some of the best deals I found were sales where the whole eBay presentation focused on the box and often don't show a good image of the chips. You might have to take a chance and guess what the chips are. My best example - filled with ~500 custom Paulson solids.

As long as they stay in this community I don't care if the seller is unaware of what they have :D

this is a relist, was 146, which was a great price, but I just can't drop the money right now. I hope someone here gets them.

I love old sets like this. But back then they didn't have the experts on PCF to help with breakdrowns. Horrible.

My thoughts exactly. Beautiful chips, but it's practically a heads up cash set with that breakdown. Maybe 3 players. Anymore than that and it's not usable.

Great set if you got a good deal. Also a really odd breakdown. Guess the original owner was more of a high roller or liked tournaments.

Got these today. Unfortunately they are narrower in diameter than my MD-51's so I'll have to resell these at some point in the indeterminate future. What I realized at the same time is the MD-51's I have are bigger than the average bear. These new MD-50's are smaller than CPC MD-50's by about 1mm, and the MD-51's I have are bigger than Paulsons/CPC MD-50's by about 1-1.5mm's.

Anywho, if anyone's interested in these, let me know and I suspect we can work out a deal. Otherwise I'll hang on to them for a bit and list them at a more convenient time.
