I really liked this video (and honestly most of the videos on this channel) and felt it was worth sharing. Uses NLHE for its examples but I feel like it's fairly applicable to poker in general.
True, true. Good to listen someone with knowledge. Especially is this can help you and improve your game.Hungry Horse Poker is a great channel. Focuses on exploitative play instead of GTO stuff. Although he does work a fair amount of solver work into his videos. The guy who runs it (Mark Goone I believe) is a crusher aswell.
I definitely recommend. He’s helped myself and numerous other players of mine improve immensely. Can’t hurt to give it a watch and take some notes.
Yeah I'm not a big fan of the thumbnails, but the content has been pretty solid.A lot of his thumbnails and mannerisms are annoying clickbait but the advice is helpful, I'll check him out. Thanks
One of the things I really like about him is he will show -why- the exploits are a good idea using the solver and node locking. He's not focused on playing GTO, but he clearly does the solver work and exploration to find and justify the exploits he uses and recommends. I appreciate that.Hungry Horse Poker is a great channel. Marc Goone is the face in the video and Gethen Jacobs is the co-founder and nosebleed crusher (frequents the videos as well). The guy who runs it (Mark Goone I believe) is a crusher aswell.
