Legal ramifications LOL, does it work the same way when someone says dibs on a WTS and backs out as the buyer? If I had to choose which was more asinine between someone finding out their stuff is worth more and not selling it on the cheap and these ridiculous strong arm tactics I would go with the latter
I again point to the little old lady who had some butterfly hair clip listed at a BIN of $50 and refused to honor the price when many people messaged her saying it was worth 50 grand. Who is publicly viewed as the jackass? The lady? Or the $50 buyer who tried taking legal action (and failed) to aquire it for the $50 price tag?
Whether you agree with what apparently happened or not, it's pretty easy to understand the sellers point of view. You are the ones turning it in to a "thing".
