Cards are very much a personal taste thing. I've purchased a bunch over the years with a preference for bridge size/jumbo for poker.

My favorites include: Fournier 2826 and 2525, Desjgn Blackjack Index, Modiano Da Vinci, Modiano Golden Trophy and KEM. We've played a lot with KEMS and Modiano's over the years so I have more confidence in those. I recently got two sets of Desjgn Blackjack index and really like the feel and the index on them. I wish he made more color options for the Bridge/Blackjack sets.

I'm not as big a fan of Copags though they do the job at a good price. The Faded Spades just did not feel right to me even though there are many fans here. I bought one set of Platnik's but unfortunately they came in warped so I'm not using them.

For Poker I prefer jumbo index, bridge size cards. Most casinos use bridge size cards as they are smaller and easier to handle - especially since plastic cards can be slippery.

Some people like standard index as its easier to "peek" at the hole cards without exposing them. For example a lot of people don't like the KEM jumbos because they have a slightly larger index than most other jumbos. However the jumbos are much easier to see face up on a 10 person table, so its a compromise. I prefer the jumbos for poker, and regular index for games like hearts/bridge/etc... where you have a bunch of cards in your hand.

You can also find a few "blackjack" index sets like the Desjgn which are about halfway between standard and jumbo in size. And finally there are 4-Pip and "peek" index cards which have the index on all four corners (Fournier 2525, KEM Paisley, Modiano "peek" poker size and a few others). These are kind of cool since you can peek your hole cards from any corner, and the 4-Pips are still fairly easy to discern across the table.
 
I played with Fournier EPT Jumbo index Poker size decks over the last years and I like them very much. But I had a chance to play with some not so well known cards from Poland last week: Trefl Jumbo Poker size... And what should I say: I loved them the moment I shuffled them the first time! For me they feel/shuffle a bit better than the Fournier that I've played. I also played with KEM about 10 years ago, and nontheless the fact that these are great cards, they have not been for me (and the other players at the table) because the have been extremely slippery .. Not to forget that they start to bend after some time.
 
My first deck of Bicycle Prestige and its not close. Deck I had for my first Antarctic deployment and my first plastic deck, those things got so much work in them. Still have them.
 
As a newb who has strictly been a chip guy who only recently became a card guy, with my limited impressions (style, look and feel all play into it but haven't been at it long enough to rate durability) so far, my ranks among what I have right now are tentatively (I prefer bridge size):
1. Copag
2. Desjgn
3. Kem
4. Modiano (not too fond of the design but I love how many different options there are, hard as they are to find now)
5. Faded Spade
6. Da Vinci
7. Fournier

I do like all of these brands, and love the ones that have different options (I like weird things like 4 -pip and 4-color decks and combos of those). Haven't tested much outside of this; trying to get my hands on Angels and Cartamundi but not sure if it's worth bothering to add on top of everything I already have.
 
It literally changes day by day for me, but these are my power rankings currently, just from a card stock standpoint, no design considerations:

You are the first one I have ever seen rank Copag ahead of any of those, let alone all of them! Other than the trash Copags, I think your list is pretty good.

In my case, as I mentioned before, durability issues don't come into play yet as I don't put in the same time as others here clearly do; I did some dealing for a charity poker organization I currently play in, but only for a short while. Copag was the norm and I loved dealing them, but my time dealing there was scarce and short so I didn't experience the issues people bring up (which come to think of it, the only real issue I hear about is ink fading, which I don't find to be major, since...). Same goes for my home games; I don't get to have them as often as I would like and I have several Copag setups so I rotate and haven't put much wear on them.

As far as the cards themselves, there are little nuances about the design I love and I find them not flimsy like Kem but also not real stiff like Fournier or whatnot. They are right in my sweet spot. The only thing competing with them for me overall are Desjgn, they are simply wonderful cards.
 
My home game prefers J Design but occasionally cycle in Faded Spade 3.0 and Copag.
No one seems to like bridge size decks though...

paper cards. These were just some cheap plastic cards, but I played at the game today, and I just can’t believe how well they’ve held up after game after game.

I would guess they're a chinese offshoot brand. Honestly they're great for the price. You can't beat $1-2 per deck for more than a day of play.

Started with the Cartamundi, flexible and a little slippery. Switched over the Kings halfway, they were stiffer and more textured. I was fine with both, preferred the Cartamundi. The rest of the table, not that experienced with plastic cards, split evenly between the two.
 
1. Angel
2. Old Desjgn production
3. KEM (assuming unwarped. Just a tad too limp but nice feel.)
4. New production Desjgn
5. Fournier (takes some getting use to but produces a crisper shuffle then the rest)
6. C&G (good value but otherwise "Meh")
7. Copag (handling was good but fading is unacceptable)

IMHO If Angel made bridge size with a blackjack index they'd be the perfect card for me.
 
Back in the day my first real set were KEM arrows I believe. I’ve been using copags for a while now, currently have a couple of sets from their “neo” series.
