For the first time in years, I caught a cold. Couldn't sleep so I got up to roam the internet for a while till I blew out enough gunk to go back to sleep.

I had already done a Sunday night check of eBay but decided to look one more time thinking that someone might have posted an interesting auction after midnight (well it could happen). And I found this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/100-Rare-Lu...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

Matched the chip guide for the Lucky Lady in San Diego . Worn to the bone, faded hot stamps - - - but who among us could resist a rack of spotted Paulson chips for $45 + shipping? I tried to convince myself to post the auction here but my damn finger almost accidentally pressed the buy-it-now button instead. I blame it on the cold . . . .

Those look at lot like my black Progen 80s I picked up a few weeks ago... Only Paulson.

Oh hey guys, I was gonna post these up here this morning, but somebody grabbed em in the middle of the night haha, figures it would be a chipper on here. I actually snagged them recently almost sight unseen, the seller only showed a blurry picture of some yellow $.25 and magenta/red edge spot $1s and said he had 250 chips. The $5s DrStrange is now the proud owner of weren't even mentioned haha. I'll pm you DrStrange and hook you up with the others for a good deal if you're interested.

Bought my first set of chips at about the same hour many years ago. Made a decent score in an online poker tournament, had a few beers and did some early in the morning surfing on eBay.

Snap called on a set of 500 Tukwila's from some eBay guy named The Chip Room.

20k+ chips later I put Jim's kids through college.

At first glance the $1 looked a lot like my cheap rental chips

I picked up the blacks, some reds with inserts and blue (I think they were 50 cents)...all worn unlike any other chips I've seen...I actually don't know how many of each (probably around a hundred of each) because they are so worn...a stack of ten is almost half the size of something normal. Have no idea what I am going to do with them...but they are paulsons!

I've found some interesting things from the left coast poster on eBay before. When you get up like me at 3:30am CT, I see some stuff that gets posted late the night before. Kind of makes you feel sneaky when you snag em' and nobody even knows they were ever there. :whistling:
