I have seen from 8 gr to 14 gr in weight but I would like to hear you opinion if weight is important and by how much.

12g is too heavy

My preference is 9+ up to the 12g range (my heaviest Paulson 39mm are 11.75).
If I had to choose a sweet spot, it would be the Aztar MO secondary $100 @ 10.75g with buttery soft leadedness

Mapes/Money Tree TRKs are a good example of a large weight spread (9g for the $5s, ~11g for the $1s and 12.3g for the $.50s)
 
Not true. I love TRKs but newer 8g TRKs are no bueno. Kinda like unleaded THC. I mean I’ll take them but leaded is better
Wrong. Definition of correct weight is by the owner, and I am not a weight snob. Bring me your light and heavy chips and I shall love them all equally.
