Yep, agree! I was desperately looking for some 600 chip cages but couldn't find a seller who would ship to Aus. I'm told they're better build quality than the 1000 chip cages too, @Tommy may confirm yay or nay?

FYI, Joe at PGI sells these with racks and his PCF/CT price is a bit better IIRC. I have a couple and I love them. Perfect size.

This is the first birdcage that I have owned so I have nothing to compare it to. The black corners on the cover are just glued on. Is this normal? It feels solid with 6 racks of chips.

Yep, very normal, they are trim basically. From what I have heard the 600's are a slightly thicker acrylic than the 1k's and also I believe the handle is attached better, maybe more screws on the bottom? I only have a few 1k's so I also have nothing to compare them to, so yeah.

And yeah, the bookcase thing is a major plus.

I looked on the PGI website and only saw the 1000 chip carriers. Did you hear back from Joe ?

I emailed PGI back in the spring I think and at that time they had 400, 600, and 1000 count cages, IIrc they came 2 to a "case" and I think you could maximize shipping if you ordered this way. prices seemed close to everybody else IIRC Don't remember if they had racks though
