As the old, classic casinos continue to fall, when will the next new casino go up? I am aware of Hard Rock, and whatever they do with the A's stadium and area. Will we see another "classic" (old) casino go bye bye?
I saw a video on youtube a few months ago from someone that claims to have "inside" info and said Circus Circus had been sold and would be demolished. Not sure how accurate that is... But, I agree with you, I think Circus Circus could be next. Glad i went there on my last visit.
Same here.. I am old school and hate to see some of these old places go. Tropicana was a personal favorite. But, I get it, Vegas needs to keep changing with the times and I know its an increasingly younger crowd that visits every year and old fashioned gambling doesn't really hold their attention. It stinks getting old lol

Old is not the issue...but places like CircusCircus, Luxor, ... are very run down and beyond saving now.
While casino's like Caesars Palace, Sahara or Horseshoe/Ballys are very well maintained and still feel up to date (not on par with place like Wynn/Encore or Ressorts World but still very nice taking in the age).
