I think OP's intent was to ask what Vegas chips are most in demand. Because all live chips are worth what it says on the chip face.

Live chips aside, the list could be pretty vast from a collector's stand point for single chips.
Playable sets imo have Tropicana 1st edition as a front runner in here for cash and probably Dunes 1st edition for a tournament set.
A handful more could make the list and possibly are rarer than the above. Maybe some chippers can come up with other examples.

Are you going to Vegas and looking for the best chips to harvest? Your question can be interpreted many ways, so perhaps some context would help.

If you were homeless and hungry the potato chips might be more valuable to you than poker chips for example. I know this is not what you mean, but I’m not sure your question is going to be satisfactorily answered without it.

when I was about 21 I played a good 1/2 session at Bellagio and was proud to wait in the cash out line with a rack of 5’s. im on cloud nine and turn around to see a guy with a rack of yellow. My draw drops at seeing $100k and say “wow, nice session”. He responds “you don’t know what I’m in for”. I nod understandingly.

I can’t imagine seeing a live rack like the one @davin posted. I hope it was his

Yes, I meant in terms of harvesting, but everyone cleared it up for me so I'll be bringing back two racks of 100k MGMs.
