Chips not included, looks like he's valuing them at ~$1/chip.
Definitely a great price. For reference, my 9' table (8' playing surface) cost just under half that to build myself. Would need a huge chip set to run that thing at even half capacity. The real trick is getting an extra dealer or 2 to run a table that big
