Not necessarily. There's so many table moves that keeping an accurate count like that would be damn near impossible.

Guess I was referring to a player taking 1-2 off the table before a color up since by then the 25 may be worth more off the table then on
Yes, with 9000+ runners on day 1d of the 500$ tournament this will happen. It would be neat for the Rio to buy this chip and permanently ban the person, before setting him on xxxx.

Throw a color-matched NLG (non-lime green) image on it, and it takes on an entirely different personality.
The new colors and design choices weren't bad, it was the decision to reuse the inlay art from the previous set -- which was color-matched to different base chip colors -- that made these total clunkers. Laziness is the culprit.
Perfect candidates for chip murder, but not at $99/chip.

Spots pattern (whiskers eww) and plain jane house mold are almost as bad as mis-matched inlay.
