Check with @SixSpeedFury . He was the seller of these plaques initially, and may still have some left (he also won the PCF giveaway so he had a few more).

Apache also had some available as well.

If both are out, I have a short stack of them that have never been used and may be persuaded to reluctantly part with some of them.
