Definitely funky but yeah seems like just cleans up older chips and then shrink wraps before up-pricing back on eBay...

She’s changed other listings from auction, to buy it now and lowered the price 3-4 times, back to auction and relisting. Pricing is inconsistent, my guess is she is going for max value after her CCC and Rainbow Club chips sold after a higher than average starting bid
