Recently I bought this set of H mold chips.
Yellow and white ones are ok but the color on the red ones faded somehow.
My guess is discolored by sunlight...
Is there any way to fix this?
Has anyone tried to use dyes (fabric/ceramic/...)?

Thanks everyone for the feedback!
Glad to see it should be an easy fix.
If it doesn't solve the problem, I might exploring some dye bath.
At least on a couple of chips as a test...

I've had some chips with similar issues before and simply cleaning and oiling have not done it for me at least. For sure you should give it a try, and it might help a little at least, but the faded colors on some vintage clay chips that have been improperly stored for multiple years are hard to bring back imo.

I have a few Pharaohs $100 chips that were sun-bleached... ugh.. the orange / teal edge spots are lighter now... I forgot to return one of the stacks away in the chip case. I probably will have to buy a few to replace those but I never got around to do it... so I take it there's no way to restore the colors? I never did the oiling method.
