2023 New Chip Releases (10 Viewers)

I wonder if Paulson/GPI/Angel whoever would have a market in Texas if they chose to sell to these unlicensed clubs? I’m guessing no, that the clubs would probably go for cheap chips anyway. But it’s an interesting question.
(And I suppose since they’re not buying from CPC, I might have my answer.)
I have little doubt that casinos put no more research into their chips than the typical home gamer "concerned" about security.
  1. Google "Custom chips"
  2. Click first website
  3. Get blanks, where the seller will order the labels for you.
  4. Game is secure - 80¢ worth of secure, but "secure".

You’re probably right. As I was typing that last comment, it occurred to me that maybe most rooms/casinos only buy Paulsons because they have a state regulatory authority forcing them to buy chips that are actually secure.

The price difference between China Clay and CPC/Custom Plastic is a lot when buying thousands of chips! TBH those club directors that don’t like Ceramics have a hard time spending 5-10x more on custom chips if they don’t understand the need/risk.

Or at least stop posting shitty Texas chips from quasi-cardrooms that can’t get Paulsons because they operate in the shadowy areas of the law like KITT and Knight Rider.

Some of these inlays have potential, even if they're not good looking chips.

Ugly, but I can see a similar version with less transparency and increased denom size working. Mosaic inlay!

While Resorts World is spending money on RFID chips even on $1s, while others are going to hot stamps or icons.

I officially murdered a chip for research purposes, yeah dumped a chip for science.

Inside the inlay, there is an another layer of clay with RFID chip stuck inside the clay. Had to microwave, then wires came out.
