There's a little bit of something for everyone in here, from the new chipper to the seasoned chip-hunter. All prices are what I paid for the chips or less. Prices listed do not include shipping. Buyer to pay all actual shipping costs, and Paypal fees where applicable.

If you're interested in something, send me a PM!

MGK Blanks
All chips are new, and spotted unless otherwise stated. These chips are absolutely delicious. Thought I was going to have them hot stamped but decided against it in the long run. If you're looking to custom label them, Gear has 2mm unlaminated labels that will work. Alternatively you could have them milled for depth and use a laminated label.

Peach x180
Off-white x240
Red x100
Lavendar x100
Green x40
Blue (Solid) x100

$500
If no takers for the lot, will piece them out at $15/barrel

Empress $1000 Primaries
All chips casino used - slightly used
Chips are cleaned and oiled
Note that some of the faces are pretty rack-checked, but a little time with a magic eraser does wonders on these. They may not eliminate the worst of the marks, but it sure leaves them looking better than what they did before the eraser! See post below for before and after pics.

$80/10 or $140/barrel - 40 available

Milanos - SOLD!
Most chips used only five times; $5s are unused.
These $5s are the newer, properly sized version and will fit 20/barrel. Never had a chance to get them into play after that. These are my first set of chips, and I'd love to see them go to a great home!

$1 x125
$5 x175
$10 x100
$25 x75
$100 x25

$120

Royal Yaks - SOLD!

All chips have been used no more than three times for turbo tournaments. I really loved playing with these, but they were always just a filler until I received my custom tourney set. Great for a single table SNG!

$25 x100
$100 x100
$500 x100
$1000 x100

$150

Mardi Gras v2b - SOLD!
These...it kills me to let these go, but there are three main reasons I'm doing it.

- I prefer to have the money for customs
- These were the chips that taught me I much prefer smaller inlays.
- I settled on other sets for my primary collections

The chips themselves are gorgeous, as is the art on the inlay...one of J5's best designs! The spots in stacks are phenomenal! Note that some of the chips have split spots - most notably the $1's - but this was simply a ..uh...feature of BCC chips. I would prefer to sell this as a set, but will consider splitting if all the chips are accounted for. All the chips but the fracs are new...minty, chalky new. Never been played new. You'll not find many opportunities any longer to get truly new compression clay sets, and these chips are priced to move!

$.25 x200
$.50 x200
$1 x200
$5 x260
$20 x200
$100 x100
$500 x40

$1380 ($1.15/chip)

Point Defiance - Lot 1 - SOLD!
All chips are casino used. None have been cleaned/oiled...same condition that I received them. I was going to use them in a spotted hotstamp set but went in a different direction. These babies clean up great based on the pictures I've seen from others!

$1 x200
$5 x200

$200

Point Defiance - Lot 2 - SOLD!
All chips slightly used to new. These are primarily for a) someone seeking the fracs, or b) someone seeking to put together a near mint rack of the Point Defiance $5's

If split, I could use some Mardi Gras $5s (60-100). GLWS.
Great looking chips, terrific sale!!

If I had not just made the Vineyards purchase I would be all over the Mardi Gras! Great colors.

Right? They're pretty darn fantastic and I suspect one day I'll hate myself for ditching them, but the call for custom chips is strong, and these honestly don't really fall in line with my primary chipping interests so it's best to let someone else enjoy them.

All chips sold have already gone out or will ship today. Available items consolidated for ease of viewing. Still some good deals left!

Empress $500 Primaries
funny ...
in the picture, the chip, which is on top of the stack in perfect condition ...
and the rest .. :(

Yeah, the breakdown works out somewhere around these figures:

35% - Pretty clean faces
30% - Mild-moderate markings on the face
35% - Significant markings on the face

I'm not sure why these markings exist, but I've seen it on $100's, $500's, and $1k's. It might exist on the lower denoms as well, but if it does it's not nearly as prevalent. The markings are almost always of the color of the chips themselves, as though someone took a chip and intentionally scrapped it on another chip of the same denom. Very strange. Another chipper asked me if they could be scrubbed off, and that's something I haven't attempted. These chips have all been run through the ultrasonic cleaner, but no scrubbing, no magic eraser, etc.

Magic eraser can get rid of most rack-check marks (done by the dealer/floor/cage when scraping a lone chip's edge against a rack of chips to ensure all barrels are full). Causes totally unnecessary damage to the inlays and chip faces.

I went ahead and used the ol' magic eraser on what I would consider to be four of the Empress chips with the worst markings. Here's the before and after.

Before:

And after:

As you can see, the magic eraser definitely cleans up some of the markings, but the very worst still remain. Maybe with a little extra time and elbow grease the marks would get completely eradicated? Regardless, the magic eraser DEFINITELY helps and is effective to a significant degree.

Had no idea until now that this was what rack-check marks are. That explains a lot, as the vast majority of the marks like this I've seen are slightly off-center.

I'm wondering if you took the worst 1000 chip you had or another with a matching Paulson base color and "re-rack checked them" if the color will rub off on the chip and cover the markings with the newly applied "rack check"? Kind of like hiding a chip in furniture with a marker.

Years ago I bought a rack of those chips, for labeling project to a friend from Jim deal , were all canceled long cane mold, orange is less bright than the short cane version mold, think use small cotton with isoprilic alcohol and fared pretty well not sure if this base color is blaze orange but for the original price was a good deal

Empress $500s received and happily joining the rest of my set. FWIW, one of the $500s is mint--that's the first one in mint condition I've ever seen.

Thanks!

If the sale falls through on the mardi gras chips. I'd be interested in the One's, Fives, and either the .25 or the .50 chips.

I was constantly annoyed by these risks! they are almost indestructible ...
the most amazing thing that only chips with expensive value ...
perhaps they are also available on cheaper chips $ 25 $ -1 ..
but blurred in the game .. ..
