I believe the notice is there since march when all of their v2 is out of stock, since that time I had seen a few casinos using a new Faded spade which I assume is version 3
It seem they change their index to the similar artwork of the classic

I noticed Resorts World had switched from 2.0 to something called faded spade classics which had more traditional faces. I don't see the option to buy the classics in their store.
if this is them, i'm all for it! they look nice.

That index is disappointing. I liked the font they were using. I thought it was the best aspect of these cards.

So Faded Spades are coming out. Not that it matters but what are the identifying as (besides thick & stiff)? Asking for a friend.

No worries, friends! The font shown above is an optional font for their casino partners who prefer the classic font/art. The V3 will come with new changes (less slippery feel) and be available in the font/art they are known for. Check out the info sheet below about their font options:

I got a similar response as Skagglio when I reached out a few weeks ago & Valerie added that they would be accepting pre-orders soon...whenever that is.
I did notice my last set billed as Version 2.0 were different in texture than all other 2.0 faded spades i have. (They were the Purple/green set) I asked her if the 3.0's were gonna be like that & she gave me crickets. Any of you experience the same thing with that set? I like them...way less slippery.

Unlike several people here, I hope they haven't changed them too much from the 2.0 stock, I love them as they are, nice and stiff!

I've seen a couple of examples but not experienced it yet. I've only used my 2.0 decks for about 15 hours though. They are booked in for another 12 hour stint on the 6th. My poor Desjgn Victorian setup will be left on the shelf again...I expect they are too stiff for you as well Erik? I've got some KEMs too just in case you're ever in Blighty

I'm surprised you're OK with them, unless you mean the Modiano stock, which I don't have...Good Luck to us on the 6th then!

I think I had maybe 4-5 session with it, I bought an extra spare deck to replace any split or spoilt / marked.
