MGM National Harbor Casino (2 Viewers)

Only pic I've been able to find

I would guess $2s as well. It also appears the $5s are not a house mold.

Love the 5 on up. Perfect candidates for relabel. The $1 is just kinda meh. I like the colors of the St Croix Danbury 2V better then this 3V.

Why so many RHC molds these days?

I assume it's because it's hard to fit as much advertising on to a 7/8" inlay; The inlay on an RHC mold had 50% more area to showoff pretty pictures of your casino and/or have commemorative inlays for specific events.

The priorities of a casino are not generally inline with the priorities of a chipper.

I read in the Horseshoe thread RHCs are prone to flea bites. Any other cons?

Cracks me up that they have a picture of their casino on the chip.
If I order customs, I'm definitely gonna put a picture of my house on them. But I should probably re-paint the trim first.

Depends on who you talk to since much of this is subjective and personal preference.

I prefer THC to RHC because I think the mold is more attractive, I like having more exposed clay for both aesthetics and feel. I also feel THC chips wear better as I vastly prefer worn THC to worn RHC.

But again, most of the above are personal preferences and I'm sure there are some (albeit fewer) chippers who prefer RHC for other reasons.

Love the spots, hate the inlays, RHC can suck it.
Edited to add - That said, the $5 is still pretty cool.

Yep, those inlays are disappointing. New law, all casino chip designs must be approved by PCF members

Worst part of inlay IMO is being reminded that you're in PG County :) Also all I can think of when I see the picture of the casino on the inlay is a little kid proudly yelling "LOOK WHAT I MADE! YOU'RE INSIDE OF IT LOL!!!!!11"

Hundo edgespots are sick though. $1 is meh, $5 is too Build-A-Bear-ish in color, $25 is meh. $20's aren't too shabby:

$20 and $25 both have some interesting semicircle spots. not like wide tri-moons spots.

'em are some deep stacks of $20s.

I looked at Bravo last night and they had two tables of 60-120 HE running, so I'm assuming that this pic is from one of those two tables.

Edit: and in case you were wondering they had 20 1-3 NL tables going and five 2-5 NL along with 10-25 NL/BigO, 1-2 PLO, 4-8 O8, 5-10 NL, & 4-8 HE.

Anyone happen to see a pic of the overall room yet? I haven't been able to find anything.

Oh my. LOVE the $20 colors and spots...but also unfortunately agree with what seems to be the consensus that the inlays are horrid.

I really like the 5, 25, 20 and 100. The 1 is pretty boring. I agree the inlay is nothing special, but I dont really hate it like many here seems to do.

Those $20s and $5s are very very pretty, but the inlays are just way too busy. Simple graphics would accompany those edges way better.

I can't help but think the edge spots on the $25s are a bit strange too.

Inlays definitely suck, but I have to get a mint $5 and a mint $20 this weekend
